Where Do I Start?

New to Pilates or exercise in general?

Have no fear…beginners are our favorite! Has it been a few months, or years since you’ve exercised? We highly recommend you start with a Pilates Mat class, which will teach you the fundamentals of breathing, proper body position and exercise technique that will carry over into all forms of exercise. And the good news is…some of our Community Pilates Mat and Yoga classes are as inexpensive as $7.

Are you looking for a little more individualized attention than you’ll find in a group class? Start with our completely complimentary 30-minute private session on the Pilates Reformer. This introductory, one-on-one session will introduce you to our studio and some basic exercises on one of the most popular pieces of Pilates Equipment. We do require prior experience on the Pilates equipment before entering into a group class, so this is a great place to start!

Are you a frequent exerciser looking to kick up your routine a notch? Choose from Circuit 7, Pilates Mat, TRX Suspension, Xtend Barre, Xtend Suspend, Xtend Fit Ball and Yoga. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are open level, meaning our instructors will give both modifications and advancements in class to fit your needs.
