What is Xtend?
The Xtend Barre Workout is the premier ballet barre workout… Dance and Pilates Amplified. Xtend is the most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age. The Xtend philosophy is simple: we teach a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. Unlike other barre workouts, Xtend Barre® is only taught by certified Pilates instructors, with an attention to detail and proper form. Be sure to check our schedule for current offerings!
Xtend Open Level
Xtend Barre is Pilates and dance amplified. It brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. We take pride in our clients’ sweat and guide them to jaw dropping results by doing everything we can to keep their bodies on point in the studio and beyond.All levels welcome.
Xtend Circuit 7
Boot camps get a makeover in this class of 7-minute high intensity drills where precision and form are top priority while you test your limits and burn calories!
Xtend Barre Stick Express
The use of a stick apparatus adds resistance to Xtend Barre signature moves to chisel and sculpt the body. This 35 minute class is guaranteed to work you from head to toe.
Xtend Suspend incorporates new techniques and choreography with TRX Suspension Training to challenge your body and Xtend your limits. Men and women will be rewarded with extreme results.
Xtend Fit Ball
Find those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class. Flow of movement, lengthening, and conditioning are also added for a fun twist to your training.
Xtend Barre Babies on Board
Ready to get back to your workout routine, but not so ready to leave your baby behind? No need for a babysitter . . . bring your little one to the barre! This 6 week workshop is composed of 45 minute classes that allow you and baby to bond at the ballet barre! What’s better than that? Are you interested in signing up for the next session? - Babies must be under 17lbs with enough neck control to comfortably stay in a baby carrier during a portion of the class.
- Baby slings are not permitted in the class. Only secure carriers such as the Moby Wrap or Baby Bjorn will be permitted.
- Please be comfortable putting baby in and taking baby out of carrier before coming to class.
- Bring your own towel or blanket to place baby on. It will be placed on top of our thick cushioned exercise mats.
- Feel free to stop at any point to calm, feed or change your baby.
